FAQ
How is a sheet metal fabrication quote calculated?
It depends mainly on material, thickness, process complexity, quantity, surface treatment, and lead time. Provide complete drawings with quantity and we will quote after engineering review.
What is the typical lead time?
Prototyping and small batches usually take 3–7 working days; volume orders follow the production schedule. Rush orders can be negotiated.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We work from drawings or samples. Prototyping, small batches, and volume orders are all supported with flexible minimums, subject to process evaluation.
What drawing formats do you accept?
CAD / DXF / SolidWorks / PDF. If you have no electronic drawings, we can reverse-engineer from a physical sample.
Is prototyping charged?
Our prototyping policy can be confirmed with your drawings; batch orders typically start with first-article confirmation to avoid rework.
Which materials can you process?
Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and galvanized steel among common metal sheets, subject to process evaluation.
Can surface treatment be included?
Yes. Powder coating, painting, anodizing, and brushing can be combined one-stop with cutting, bending, and welding.
Are you currently accepting orders?
Yes. Our production base is under construction with lines and equipment being deployed; we accept work from drawings and samples with standardized processes.
