Full process chain in one factory
Enclosures pass through several processes, and when those sit in different factories, nobody owns the tolerance stack. We keep them under one roof:
Laser cutting (3000 × 1500 mm, ±0.05 mm) → CNC bending (up to 3200 mm, ±0.5°) → tapping, clinching and countersinking → welding (TIG, MIG/CO2, spot, with fixtures to control distortion) → self-owned powder coating line → inspection.
Because the powder coating line is ours, colour and film thickness are controlled in-house rather than promised by a subcontractor. Our standard finishes include powder coating in RAL colours, painting, anodizing, brushing and plating.

- One supplier, one tolerance. Cutting, forming, welding and coating are controlled together, which is what keeps a door closing properly after coating.
- Prototype to production. The same drawing and the same process serve the first article and the volume order, so scaling up does not reopen the design.

- Export experience. We pack to container dimensions with corner protection and moisture control, and can supply the documentation your customs broker needs.
