Medical Device Enclosure Fabrication
Medical equipment enclosures are judged on appearance, cleanliness and paperwork. A control cabinet that arrives with a colour mismatch or no inspection record costs far more than the part itself. We fabricate medical device enclosures from your drawings in Huizhou, China, with per-unit inspection records.
What we make for medical equipment
- Control cabinets and equipment housings
- Instrument cases and benchtop enclosures
- Front panels, bezels and display frames
- Drawers, trays and internal mounting plates
- Pedestal and cart structures
- Cleanable covers and access panels

What medical customers ask for — and how we deliver it
- Consistent colour, unit to unit. Colour drift between batches is the most common complaint in medical work. We keep cosmetic parts to a single sheet batch and a single powder batch, and verify against a colour standard.
- Cleanable surfaces. Sharp internal corners trap dirt. Where the design allows, we use a small radius on folded edges and avoid exposed fasteners on the outer surface.
- Traceability. Each unit gets an inspection record with critical dimensions and the material batch. If your quality system needs a documented first article, we supply one.
- Low volume, stable supply. Medical volumes are often modest and long-running. We hold the routing and fixtures so that a reorder two years later still fits.

Quality system
We work to ISO 9001 quality management disciplines: documented routings, first-article approval, in-process checks and outgoing inspection. Critical dimensions are verified on a coordinate measuring machine. Records are archived so a delivered unit can be traced to its material and inspection data.
Frequently asked questions
Can you work to our own inspection standard?
Yes. If you have an incoming inspection checklist or a first-article report format, send it and we will complete it against your drawings.
Do you handle small, long-running medical volumes?
Yes. We keep the routing, fixtures and finishing specification on file so that repeat orders stay identical to the original approval.
Can you supply the enclosure with hardware fitted?
Yes — hinges, locks, handles, gaskets and grounding studs can be fitted before shipping if you supply or specify them.
