Energy Storage Cabinet Fabrication
A battery cabinet is a structural problem before it is a sheet metal problem. The frame has to carry the module weight, the shelves have to stay flat under load, and the whole enclosure has to survive years outdoors. We build energy storage cabinets from your drawings at our factory in Huizhou, China.

Where storage cabinets fail
- Sagging shelves. Modules are heavy and concentrated. A flat 2 mm shelf with no stiffening will bow. We add formed ribs or folded edges sized to the actual load, and check flatness after welding.
- Coating that does not last. Outdoor installations mean UV, rain and temperature cycling. We use outdoor-grade powder over a full degrease–descale–phosphate pre-treatment, and check adhesion by cross-cut and film thickness.
- Distortion after welding. A welded frame pulls as it cools. We weld in a jig, control the sequence and heat input, then straighten and verify diagonals on a CMM.
- Serviceability. Technicians need to reach the modules. Door geometry, hinge positions and cable routing are worth reviewing at the drawing stage rather than on site.

Quality control and documentation
Incoming material, first article, in-process and outgoing inspection. Frame diagonals and shelf flatness are measured on a CMM; coating adhesion and film thickness are sampled. Inspection records are kept per batch so a delivery can be traced back to its material lot.
Working with your engineering team
Energy storage designs change fast — cell formats change, module sizes change, and the cabinet has to follow. Because everything is built from drawings, a revision is a new drawing set rather than a new tooling investment. Send us the revision and we re-quote only what actually changed.
Frequently asked questions
Can you supply the cabinet only, without electrical assembly?
Yes. Many customers take the sheet metal and frame only and assemble the electrical side themselves. We can also supply partially assembled cabinets if that helps.
How do you handle export packing for large cabinets?
We pack to container dimensions with corner protection and moisture control. For bulky frames we can design knock-down versions that ship flat.
Do you offer prototypes before committing to volume?
Yes, and we recommend it. A single unit validates the fit, the coating colour and the assembly sequence before you commit to tooling or volume pricing.
